CANCELATION POLICY

Doggie Stay n' Play is committed to providing exceptional service to all our furry friends. Unfortunately when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being able to enjoy our facility. We generally book up 1-3 weeks in advanced for most days and because of this no shows and late cancellations have a big impact on our ability to provide our services to other pup parents who require it. For these reasons, Doggie Stay n'  Play has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed. 

If you must cancel or rebook your stay we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancelations or missed bookings without 24 hour prior notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the booking.
